Research Areas A long range goal is to elucidate cellular mechanisms of microvascular dysfunction in disease. Research is focused on the vasoactive signaling molecule nitric oxide and its role in transducing the effects of the vascular endothelial growth factor. A variety of cellular and molecular biology approaches are used. |
