Instructor, Biochemistry and Gene Regulation, SGS 8021 Instructor, Cancer Biology and Immunology, SGS 8070 Research Areas How cells and organisms repair their DNA after exposure to high-energy radiation such as X-rays and gamma rays. The work may lead to a better understanding of how cancer cells respond to radiation therapy and how to mitigate the risk from release of radioactive materials into the environment. The laboratory also develops methods for clinical proteomics using ovarian, cervical, and gastric cancer samples. Clinical Interests Not applicable. |
